Terms of service

By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

Every piece is quilted and block printed by hand, so colours, print placement and measurements can vary slightly from the photographs. Sizes are approximate and given in inches.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is out of stock or the details cannot be verified — and will refund any amount paid.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping policy and returns & exchanges policy.

Intellectual property

The prints, photographs, text and brand marks on this site belong to The Quilt Atelier and may not be used without permission.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
