Refund policy

Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves the atelier. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the piece and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

Unused pieces with their tags and packaging can be exchanged for another print or silhouette. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start an exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Hand block printing creates small variations in colour and placement; these are part of each piece and are not treated as defects.
